Как сообщало ИА REGNUM, решением съезда партии «Единая Россия» после инаугурации Дмитрия Медведева Владимир Путин займет пост председателя партии. Em thì em lại nghĩ thế này: trong "vụ" này, thì có lẽ không phải "ông Putin sẽ bảo vệ quyền lợi cho đảng ER", mà là đảng ER được lập ra cách đây mấy năm để phục vụ cho chiến lược của ông Putin trên cương vị lãnh đạo nước Nga với mục tiêu được hiến pháp quy định là phụng sự nước Nga. Do vậy nên mới có cái điều sửa đổi trong điều lệ ER, để ông Putin vào ghế chủ tịch đảng với vai trò lãnh đạo (hay là "lãnh tụ") của đảng ấy. Còn về mục tiêu cuối cùng ra sao, thì mong sao các vị lãnh đạo nước Nga luôn trung thành được với nghĩa vụ của mình - là phụng sự tổ quốc và nhân dân, chứ không vì lợi ích cá nhân hay tập đoàn nào đó. Nói như vậy là có hơi hướng "chính trị" rồi đây, nếu BBT thấy không hợp với quy định của 4rum thì xin cứ del đi ạ  . Cũng là theo đuôi mấy bác Nga "bình loạn" tý chút cho vui thôi.

Em thấy trước đây làm Tổng thống thì Ông Putin có Tổng thống phu nhân , nay Ông làm Thủ tướng thì cũng nên có Thủ tướng phu nhân nữa mới hay !
Nghe nói chị Kabaeva .A.M so với Ông Putin trẻ lắm nhé , sinh ngày 12.05 .198x cơ. Chị ấy còn là nhà vô địch Olimpic môn TDDC nữa . Người song toàn thế Ông Putin mê là phải !

Theo mấy báo Nga loan tin, thì ông Putin đã ly dị 2 tháng trước đây. Có báo đã phân tích về cái gọi là "hội chứng Sarkozy". Lại có báo Nga nói rằng lý do vụ chia tay kia là vì bà Liudmila thích uống "riệu". Một vài báo đưa tin đang có cuộc tranh đua giữa các cơ sở dịch vụ nổi tiếng để được quyền phục vụ đám cưới. Cũng có báo Nga kết luận rằng đây chỉ là tin vịt.
Bạn Hungmgmi có cách kiểm chứng nào nhanh và chính xác không ? Có lẽ ta cứ coi đây là một tin báo chí và chờ xem, để thời gian kiểm chứng. Dù sao ngày 1 tháng Tư cũng qua rồi. Có điều thấy rõ là báo chí Nga vẫn được nói thoải mái về các nhà lãnh đạo, kể cả tung ra những utka như thế này cũng chả sao.

Gà mờ tôi đã dò nguồn khởi phát ra tin này đầu tiên. Tờ đầu tiên đăng tin này là tờ Phóng viên Moskva- "Московский Корреспондент" -một tờ báo độc lập. Tin này được phát ra ngày 11/4, con số dễ làm người ta liên tưởng đến con số 1/4-Ngày nói dối hay Cá Tháng Tư cũng vậy.

But the transaction could only happen if Vladimir Potanin, co-owner of Norilsk (GMKN.MM: Quote, Profile, Research), failed to take up an earlier offer to buy a one-quarter stake in Norilsk from Prokhorov's Onexim Group for $15.7 billion. A tie-up between Rusal, the world's largest producer of primary aluminum, and Norilsk, the No. 1 nickel miner, would mark a step towards creating an all-Russian major that could take on acquisitive global titans such as BHP Billiton (BHP.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) (BLT.L: Quote, Profile, Research). "This strategic transaction paves the way to develop the enlarged UC Rusal into a global, diversified metals, mining and energy group," Alexander Bulygin, chief executive of Rusal, said in a statement. Under the deal Rusal, controlled by Deripaska's Basic Element holding company, would acquire 25 percent plus one share in Norilsk. Onexim, a $25 billion investment group, would become an 11 percent shareholder in an enlarged UC Rusal, with the balance to be paid in cash. Rusal said it has received a commitment letter from ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch to provide a credit facility to finance the cash component of the deal. No details on price were revealed. Dmitry Razumov, chief executive of Onexim Group, said: "The potential combination of UC Rusal and MMC Norilsk Nickel into a Russian metals and mining giant ... will provide superior value to both companies' shareholders." Norilsk mines a fifth of the world's nickel and more than half of its palladium. Rusal accounts for 12 percent of world aluminum output and 15 percent of alumina, respectively. Prokhorov owns 28.2 percent of Norilsk and Potanin 25.3 percent. Deripaska owns 66 percent of Rusal, Viktor Vekselberg and associates 22 percent and trading house Glencore 12 percent. MERGER 'INTERESTING' Prokhorov offered the one-quarter stake in Norilsk to Potanin on Wednesday at a price of $293.60 per share plus a 12.5 percent premium, but has said he could talk with other parties if Potanin did not accept his terms. Potanin has 45 days to close a deal. Potanin's Interros holding company declined to comment, but he is on record as saying a Norilsk-Rusal merger could make sense. "A big company would have more serious capabilities for financing its projects. It would have a big potential for further international mergers and acquisitions," he told the Financial Times in a recent interview. A unified metals major would probably get a warm welcome in the Kremlin, which is eager for strategic industries to remain under Russian control. And, with voters due to elect a successor to President Vladimir Putin next March, Russia's industry barons will want to get their house in order in good time. DIVORCE That has proved difficult, however, as Potanin and Prokhorov have struggled all year to separate their business empire, built up during the chaotic 1990s, after falling out with each other. Sources familiar with the matter said that Prokhorov and Deripaska had signed their agreement on Tuesday, triggering the Prokhorov offer to sell out to Potanin on Wednesday. Shares in Norilsk closed nearly 5 percent higher on Friday at 7,085 roubles ($292), valuing the company at $56 billion. Rusal is not listed but earlier this year had planned a stock market float that would have valued it at over $30 billion. That transaction was pulled as the global credit crunch soured market conditions, Rusal's shareholders said at the time. That may be the outcome of Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov's exit from Norilsk Nickel (GMKN.MM: Quote, Profile, Research), Russia's top metals miner, investment bankers and analysts said on Thursday. Prokhorov will sell his Norilsk stake, worth more than $8 billion, to Vladimir Potanin, his long-term business partner and a former deputy prime minister instrumental in the privatization of Norilsk. "The most likely scenario is Norilsk ends up being owned 50 percent plus one share by a state vehicle, and this might be a step in that direction," said Al Breach, UBS chief economist in Moscow. "Norilsk is such an exceptional asset, you can see the logic for putting it in state hands." The Kremlin has been consolidating its hold over strategic energy and mineral assets. Xin kể thêm với các bạn: Người "phát hiện" ra cái tin này trên báo Balan, là 1 đồng nghiệp Nga của tôi. Sau đó, tìm theo nguồn Balan, thì ra cả những tờ báo Italia cũng ham hố cái tin xanh rờn này. Chúng tôi bèn tìm trong Google.ru với từ khóa khá "phạm thượng" là Путин женится thì được trả lời "Results 1 - 10 of about 205.000 for Путин женится. (0.05 seconds)".
Các báo "nhớn" của Nga không đăng tin này. Hẳn là tin vịt thôi, nhưng trong những bình loạn của các báo lá cải, cũng có những nhận xét đáng chú ý, rằng đây là 1 cú "PR đen" được bật đèn xanh, để chứng tỏ nước Nga vẫn tràn đầy dân chủ và tự do báo chí (mới hôm nay, bà Merkel vừa phê anh Pu về chuyện này). Có những ý kiến thương cảm giành cho bà Liudmila, có nghĩa là bà có sự quí mến của những người dân Nga chất phác. Với NNN, biết đâu tin này cũng là một phép thử nhỏ.

Thực ra khi tìm trên Google với từ khóa "Путин женится" (có dấu ngoặc kép) thì chỉ nhận được có đâu 22.900 kết quả thôi các bác ạ. Chưa kể là khi em kiên nhẫn giở đến trang kết quả thứ 23, thì Google báo rằng

Qua TV thấy bác Putin sang Lybya đã trúng mánh hợp đồng tới mấy tỷ USD bán vũ khí cho họ .
Lybia còn đồng ý trả nợ cho Nga 45 tỷ USD vay từ thời CCCP . VN ta trước nghe đâu cũng nợ tới gần 1 xọi nhưng được gút lại thành 2,3 tỷ USD ( cả lãi luôn ) trả trong 23 năm mỗi năm 100 limôn USD và được cho lại tới 75% dưới dạng học bổng .và .vv... 1. Cái tin vịt giật gân của báo Nga về bác Putin, hôm nay đã thấy loang trên các báo VN, với những đầu đề khác nhau. Hóa ra ở nhà mình vẫn nhiều người đọc báo Nga (họ có tham gia NNN không nhỉ ?).
2. Về tin "Lybia còn đồng ý trả nợ cho Nga 45 tỷ USD vay từ thời CCCP" như Matador viết, thì hình như là 4,5 tỷ USD (bốn tỷ rưỡi), và đó là ông Putin xóa nợ cho Lybia. Sau đó ký hợp đồng mới trị giá nhiều tỷ đô về chuyện Nga bán vũ khí cho Lybia.
