1, Vị trí trợ lý giám đốc: Personal Assistant

Job description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an interesting position as Personal assistant for the CEO of Cốc Cốc search engine project. This is an essential position within a dynamic and professional international project. You will be responsible for all aspects of PA support, reporting and working directly for the CEO. Tasks will be varied and nearly always challenging,constantly expanding your knowledge, abilities and making use of your well developed initiative, strong organizational and 'can do' skills.

Responsibilities:
Conducting business development research in Vietnam:

New emerging startups;
Dying startups;
Startups with synergy potential;
Big Internet companies and ISPs;
Recent investments.

Networking in Vietnam:

Maintaining of VIP list (CEOs of companies from the above list, investment funds, government);
Sending gifts to VIPs;
Organizing private events with VIPs (e.g. horse riding, golf, partying and other).

Corporate planning:

Tracking of tasks reported by CEO;
Brief monthly reports and plans from the management.

Assisting personal life and self-development of CEO:

Housing;

Requirements:

Higher education (IT field background);

2, Vị trí Trưởng phòng hành chính: Manager of Administrative Department

Job description:
We are looking for a Manager of Administrative Department who will manage the administrative operations of our company. The goal for he/she is to understand staff's motivation and problems, and help them to work more efficiently and comfortably. This should be an energetic person who is ready for challenges, and able to deal with complicated tasks determinedly.

Responsibilities:
Manage administrative team (5-10 people).
The administrative team is responsible for:

General administrative support: buying things, renting flats/office, ordering food and stuff for the office, visas, work permit, travel arrangements etc;
Hospitality (taking care of expats community): housing, managing maids work;
Assistance in providing entertainment and education for employees (kindergartens, schools, language courses, coaching and other training if needed);
Research and projects' support as and when required;
Private support of employees (e.g., driver's license registration);
24 hours support in case of emergency;
Organization and control of the workflow (work with documentation).

Requirements:

Higher education (IT field or Honors degree is a big advantage);
Experience in similar (HR, executive PA, the Head of administration department) position at least 2-3 years;
Excellent communicational and organizational skills;
Ability to listen, hear and perform well;
Proven managerial skills (be able to organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines)
Fluent Russian and English, native Vietnamese;
Well groomed and good looking person;
Gender: Female (-40).
